Tense, compelling and addictive. Taylor is a master at creating tangled relationships and slowly exposing long buried secrets. It always feels as though nobody is quite who they appear to be and the blend of themes, including blackmail and murder are so cleverly done.
The author expertly serves up a totally unexpected, and brilliantly executed twisty morsal that will have readers gasping and scratching their heads. It’s is utter pleasure to discover.
